University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill Off-Campus Housing

I have had a wonderful experience with Sabbaticalhomes.com since I first began using it over the past 3 years. During this period, I have had Sabbatical Homes academics tenants from from Greece, Norway and the USA, as well as two new tenants who will arrive in August from Columbia, SA and Switzerland. Their tenure as tenants has ranged from one and a half years to six months. All of my three prior Sabbatical Homes tenants have been exceptionally fine people and great tenants. I expect that the two new Sabbatical Homes tenants arriving next month will be so as well. Sabbatical Homes is now the only service that I now use when looking for tenants
