Walk to the Eno River state park, which boarders the neighborhood. 5 minutes from 3 grocery stores (Publix, Harris Teeter & Food Lion) pharmacy, restaurants. Downtown is a 12 minute's drive away. HVAC control is shared between the 2 sides of duplex.
