Charming 3 BR, 3 BA home. 5 minutes to UNC & Hospital. Near Duke

We stayed in this home for six months while on sabbatical at UNC. We are a family with two daughters in middle school. The house was absolutely great for us! It's a 3-minute walk to Culbreth middle school, where both my daughters were very happy, and a 6-minute drive to UNC. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and well maintained and the owners are super-responsive for questions and requests.

We loved the quiet neighborhood - that's still close to everything in town. It also feels very safe (there's an alarm system that is very easy to control). There's a lovely walking trail on Morgan Creek you can access behind the neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly.

We rented Karen's elegant home for a few months and were so happy. Karen was kind enough to accommodate us despite the fact that we have a toddler son. We enjoyed communicating with Karen and felt safe and welcome in her home. The neighborhood is gorgeous and wonderful for families. The location and value are excellent. We cannot recommend her place highly enough.

This was by far the best furnished rental we have ever stayed in. It is a spectacular home, impeccably furnished, with all the comfort and amenities one could hope for. The neighborhood is tranquil and pleasant, and the huge back deck overlooks a wooded area that has frequent visits from the local deer, squirrels, and birds. A great location with super easy access to Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Southern Village; reasonably close to Durham; and Cary is only about 30 minutes away. The owners are very friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful and responsive. Overall, a great experience.
