I'm renting out my lovely 3bd/2ba home in north Durham from mid-April to late August. The house is in a great location, very near West Point on the Eno Park with incredible trail access - only a 5 minute walk to the Eno River. This home is fully furnished, currently appointed as a 2bd/2 office home (but this is adjustable). The house is on a half acre lot with a fully fenced backyard, raised garden beds, and a chicken coop/run. Tenants are encouraged to garden and bring their pets with them; ideally the tenant(s) would be amenable to caring for 2 low-maintenance chickens (I will provide feed) and will earn eggs in return. Bi-weekly lawn care and all utilities included in rental fee.
