Our new tenant who will stay one year in Vienna, is an academic. We must thank you for providing us with such interesting and reliable people from all over the world. We feel so safe with these academics ,we never had any problems and always have the best relations with them. Thus we do hope to make them think of Vienna as an agreeable and friendly town.
