I will be abroad with my wife and would therefore like to sublet my home for up to 6 months. It is a newly renovated, fully furnished 85 sqm apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a period building with high ceilings and cozy, bright rooms. It features a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa, a desk with a monitor, and a piano. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. The apartment has central gas heating, a portable split air conditioner, and fast Wi-Fi. It is only a 10-minute walk from the 1st district, with excellent public transport connections (Vienna Central Station, tram lines 0 and 1) and all the necessary shops. The Danube Canal, Prater amusement park, and Landstraßer Hauptstraße are within easy walking distance. We would bill the costs for electricity, heating (gas), and internet separately. A security deposit is required. I look forward to hearing from you and am happy to answer any questions.

Comments: The area around the apartment is called Weißgerberviertel and is located directly between the Danube Canal and Vienna's 1st district. Very close by is the Hundertwasser House – an iconic, unconventional residential building with colorful, rounded forms, designed by the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. The city center is a 7-minute walk away. Also nearby are the Stadtpark, Vienna's oldest park, and the Prater, one of the world's oldest amusement parks, featuring the famous Giant Ferris Wheel and plenty of green space for relaxation. Just two minutes from our apartment, you'll find a great restaurant serving Viennese cuisine, a cozy café, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a drugstore. If you're flying to Vienna, you'll likely arrive at Wien Mitte station, which is only a 10-minute walk away. There you'll also find the city's largest shopping center and one of the six supermarkets that are open on Sundays! Landstraße, a main shopping street with three shopping centers close together an
