MAIN FLOOR BEAUTIFUL HOME MIDTOWN TORONTO

We are moving out of the main floor of a lovely corner house this coming April, where I’ve lived comfortably with my wife and 2 young children for the past 18 months. The house is located in St Clair West, which is 6 km from downtown Toronto. The commute is about 30 mins on public transport, or easily cycled on bike lanes in better weather. We had no need for a car as there is a supermarket / LCBO on our doorstep, with the area also served by local parks, a library, free public swimming pools and excellent restaurants. The house is clean, warm and bright in the interior, with a small garden and patio where we kept a barbecue. The property is also set up with internet and cable TV, a gas fire place in the living room giving an excellent homely feel. The landlord lives on site, and is very accessible, attentive and friendly towards his tenants. We were very happy to call this house our 'home away from home' during my medical elective here! We were delighted with this little gem in the midst of a safe and quiet neighbourhood and without hesitation recommend it to anybody planning a sabbatical in Toronto!
