Spacious 3-room Berlin Kreuzberg appartment

Description

We're renting out our spacious Berlin Kreuzberg apartment while we're on a writing retreat in the countryside. You will have three rooms (bedroom, study, and living room, plus kitchen and bathroom) of the apartment all for yourself (our son's room, who will also not be there, will remain closed). The apartment is fully furnished, including two desks, a double bed, and wardrobe, it has a fully-equipped big kitchen, wooden floors, and is in a late 19th century building, located in the heart of vibrant Kreuzberg 36, in sight of Time Out magazine's favorite Oranienstraße. Humboldt University is a 10-minutes bike ride away; to Freie Universität it takes 40 minutes by metro. The space is equally well suited singles, couples, or families of three, since the sofa in the study converts to a very comfortable full-size bed. We'll be more than happy to give a virtual tour through a video call and/or send more pictures on request. Rent includes all bills, WIFI, biweekly professional cleaning, etc. We're looking forward to meeting and hosting you.
