Stay in a contemporary museum! My three story townhouse (one half of a two family home) is for rent October 2025 - June 2026. Ideal for visiting fellow at Yale or another local university or for family members visiting students. It is one half a traditional home (built 1920) located just a two minute walk from the beach and the Yale Corinthian Sailing Club. The home has modern conveniences: including washer/dryer, ACs and fans on every floor, shower and bathtub, outdoor seating and dining area, etc. You enter the house in the living room which connects to a newly refurbished kitchen. On the second floor there is a full sized bedroom and bathroom with laundry. Up the staircase on the third floor you find a hidden gem: a 500 sq foot, L-shaped room for sleeping with an office. This room is lined with books on art and architecture and features a walk in closet. There is free parking directly outside the front door for 2 vehicles. I am just steps from private beaches which tenants have access to as my guests. This is a wonderful historical neighborhood full of scientists, artists, and musicians.
