Oversized 1-bed PH with terrace, W/D, gym, 1 block from Central Park

I attended a summer course at Columbia. I could easily and safely walk to campus, Central Park or the Lincoln Center for free concerts throughout summer.

The neighborhood is full of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, and the apartment itself is spacious for a one-bedroom. It was easy to cook, work on my computer, and relax, especially with the outdoor space and the little city view. I enjoyed taking care of the plants.

The building staff was always helpful. Most importantly, communication with the host was perfect. I received updates about heatwaves and energy usage, and whenever I had a question, I got a quick response via email. I highly recommend this listing and would love to come back anytime. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at PR's PH. It provides a combination of comfort, elegance and simplicity. The terrace though, was my preferred spot. For coffee in the mornings - lots of birds singing (!) - and a quiet time in the evenings. The views over the NYC skyline are amazing! If you enjoy biking as I do, a green lane next door will take you straight downtown or anywhere else you would like to go. I was able to keep my bike safe on the building premises. Management and staff are wonderful! Attentive, helpful, and kind. Street parking is easy to find nearby and free (!). Finally, PR will provide you with all the information you need and is incredibly reliable. I feel lucky that I had a chance to stay at PR's PH! Thanks PR!

We loved our stay here. A beutiful apartment with a lovely terrace and lots of plants. Great doormen and an easy walk to two different subways. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Outstanding. I've been renting vacation flats in NYC since 2006 and this was my absolute best experience. The apartment is precisely as shown: roomy, elegant, clean, and comfortable. The owner is kind, direct, and completely reliable. I would book this again in a New York Minute. Sabbatical homes is my preferred site because of the shared values and integrity of the members. This flat was a perfect example.

We LOVED this rental! I can not say enough positive things about our stay in this penthouse apartment in NYC but I will try... 1. The location is excellent - close to all major attractions but far enough out to have the "neighborhood" feel. Close to great restaurants, adorable boutique shops, and grocery stores. 2. The apartment is huge! Comfortable furniture, full kitchen and beautiful balcony with TONS of flowers and birds galore. 3. Doorman was friendly and helpful. We felt very safe at this apartment. 4. Toddler play area in the basement was a HUGE plus for my little ones. A great place to let them run around after a long day of sightseeing. 5. Dining areas on the rooftop are awesome! We got carry-out a couple of times just so we could enjoy the view. You will love your stay at this apartment - I am sure of it! I can't wait to go back!
