Walk easily to numerous nearby coffee, restaurants, shopping, museums and parks etc.. Subway (across the street (R/W and 6) for easy commute or sightseeing. Taxis and Ubers also readily available if needed. All Furnished Amenities: 2 full-sized beds - one on main floor (and one in a separate loft sleeping area for guests if needed). 2 wardrobes/cabinets and additional storage for clothing, coats and personal items, 2 desk areas (upper and lower). High-speed WiFi + Roku TV. Ceiling fan and new A/C. Private Bathroom with shower, sink and vanity. Towels, bedding and supplies. Kitchenette with electric stovetop / toaster/ bake oven / electric hot water kettle / coffee and espresso makers / microwave / refrigerator / glassware / pots & pans / all utensils you will need. Front door buzzer for deliveries - also plenty of restaurants and takeout nearby. Loft rules: No pets or smoking permitted in the loft (smoking permitted on the back deck). Quiet, private and safe building - tenants include an NYU professor, a director, and 2 interior design professionals. P.S Special Historical note: This loft is historic landmark building and was artist and abstract painter Ad Reinhardt’s studio from 1950-1967 (Google Ad Reinhardt studio or visit: https://www.adreinhardtfoundation.org).
