Townhouse on quiet street in heart of Toronto. Near UT + UHN (Hospitals)

We lived at this property for 8 months (January to August 2022) and we only have positive things to say about the whole experience. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children age 11 and 8) and my husband was working at Toronto General hospital. The property is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and easily accessible to all main tourist attractions, shops and is walking distance to the hospital and university. The apartment was clean, modern and the building is well-maintained. There is a beautiful communal garden and water feature at the back of the building with a bbq area which we used too.All amenities are in a good working order and Jean and John were always responded immediately if we had any questions-thank you again!

This was the ideal place for us in so many ways. Wonderful location near restaurants, shopping, film, theater, concert venues and more, great layout, extremely well-equipped, free parking, and guest suites for visitors -- right off Queen St West but very quiet. Jean and John were responsive to every question and request. Thank you for helping to make our four months in Toronto so easy and fun!

We loved our 3 month stay in John and Jean's apartment! Great location and space, situated perfectly for us working at The University of Toronto (10-15 min walk). Super close to trendy Queen Street West but the apartment itself is situated just behind the busy street so it was very quiet. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was a great space for myself, husband and toddler. Super close to public transport but we ended up walking most places since the apartment is so centrally located. Very easy to communicate with John and Jean. If we return to Toronto, we hope we could stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment!

Jean's condo was great, and exactly as she had described it. The location is fantastic for the University of Toronto (10-15 minutes walk to the edge of campus) and more generally for exploring Toronto. In addition, all communication was easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect home for our family for a 6 week stay in Toronto in July and August 2015. The comfort, cleanliness and convenience were well above standard, and Jean and John made every effort to make our stay stress-free. Any problems or questions were addressed immediately when they arose; communication was easy. The apartment is located in a quiet and leafy street just off Queen St West, so while downtown Toronto is a short walk away, it's not too noisy. Shops, restaurants and public transit are easily accessed. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly.
