The apartment has hardwood floors, tall ceilings, huge windows with both morning and evening sun, and is furnished with modern design furniture. There is access to a nice patio and garden which is shared with the renters in the lower unit. The apartment is walking distance to Harvard Square and Central Square with all the wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes that Cambridge has to offer. The rent is 4700 USD pr month. All utilities except gas and electricity are included. Gas and electricity will be billed separately depending on usage. This is a fabulous home and location for you to spend your time in Cambridge.
