The accomodation would suit a familly with 2children Saint Vincent de Barbeyrargues is a village close to Montferrier (CIRAD BAILLARGUET (2,5kms), CNRS ECOTRON (2,8kms), Montpellier (10kms). The CNRS, CIRAD and IRD Laboratories are 11kms away. You can reach them by electric bike (I will send you the link on request). The elementary school welcomes the children from 3 to 10 years old. The College and high school are in St Clement de Rivière with transfer provided directly from our village. The airport is at 25 minutes drive from Montpellier, the train station and highway are at around 15 minutes drive from the house. The Universities from Montpellier and Agropolis/CGIAR are just 20 minutes drive (10kms). In a wooded and quiet environment, the villa (147m2) is pretty out of sight. The first floor includes a huge living room with a piano, a fully equipped kitchen opened on a nice shady terrasse. Also,two bedrooms with double bed, one toilet and a bathroom with shower complete the first floor. In the second floor, you can find 2 bedrooms with a patio, a bathroom with toilets and a large tub. Each bedroom has its own style and decoration, both heater and aircon with individual control remote. the spacious garden is surrounded by walls or trees for privacy, the swimming pool is just by the terrasse where it is nice to enjoy lunch or dinner in a quiet environment of 1500 sqm. A large number of sports activities are available in the area:(equitation, golf, tennis) as well as supermarkets, banks, doctors etc... One advantage of being in St Vincent is to be able to enjoy both the Mediterranean sea : Palavas Les Flots (25km), Carnon, La Grande Motte and the mountains of Cévennes with lovely rivers and typical villages.
