Description
We are looking for an academic professional or couple who would enjoy staying in and caring for our new home in a resort community. We've been in the rental business for more than 50 years. Most of that time involved long term rentals but for the last 15 years we've been trying to accommodate the need for intermediate term rentals. Our new home has been furnished and stocked with what we hope is everything people would need for a 1 month to 1 year stay. We try to create a pleasing environment where all you need are your clothes, personal items and food to settle in and enjoy your time in a comfortable home away from home.

Comments: This fully furnished home includes all utilities and use of the Oak House amenity center. The community has an indoor pool, gym, 16 pickleball courts and beautiful hiking trails. The San Juan Oaks Golf Course is just outside of the community gates.
