Welcome to our warm family home, perfect for families and couples who both need a work-from-home space. We are a block away from bustling Glendale Boulevard in Atwater Village, one of the true walkable areas of Los Angeles! Enjoy Sundays at the farmer’s market, a glass of wine at Baby Batista, pasta at Spinna, a latte at Andante, the list goes on and on! THE SPACE: A vaulted ceiling primary bedroom suite with a spacious bathroom attached. Walk-in shower, bidet, two separate sinks, and a dedicated makeup vanity. Attached is a walk in closet that will store plenty. A sun-lit living room that flows beautifully into our dining room. Record player, TV with soundbar, plenty of books for adults and kids. We hope you’ll enjoy cooking in our kitchen as much as we do. Fully equipped with pots, pans, a microwave, air fryer, and every gadget you might need (tongs, lemon squeezer, garlic press—we’ve got it!) Or just curl up with a book in the banquet. The front bedroom is set up as a work-from-home office space and guest room. Gaze out of the picture window as you write your next great work. The pullout couch is from Room & Board and is verrrry comfortable, we’ve had rave reviews from family. You could sleep every night on it and have no complaints. The second bedroom is set up for our baby and perfect for any young kiddo. The crib can convert into a toddler bed, so let us know if that is needed. We’ll leave behind books and toys. The hall bathroom has the perfect Los Angeles tile and a gorgeous glass block window with a shower and tub. Our garage office is another peaceful work-from-home office. There’s even a drop-down screen for self-tape auditions if you so need. Our driveway comfortably fits two cars and there’s plenty of street parking on our block. EV level two charger available. We are a young, creative couple working in film and television. Sudi is the daughter of academics and grew up on college campuses and studying abroad. We would love to welcome a conscientious guest into our home that will love it as much as we do.
