6 month short-term rental – late December 2026 to early July 2027 This is our much-loved home, and we’ll be away for six months, from late December to early July. We’re looking for guests who’d like to make it their home for an extended stay. All furniture pictured will remain in the property, while personal belongings will be removed. Kitchen items and linens can also remain if helpful. All bills, including electricity, gas, council tax and Wi-Fi, are included in the total price (worth around £400 per month). Our two friendly cats (pictured) would ideally stay at the property while we’re away. They’re independent outdoor cats with their own cat flap and no litter tray, so they’re very low-maintenance. We’re hoping to find guests who would be happy to feed them during their stay — we’ll provide all of their food and they have comprehensive pet insurance. If you’re a cat lover and would be open to this arrangement, we’d love to hear from you. We’ve priced the flat below the usual local market rate at £2,300 per month, plus £400 towards bills, partly in recognition of this arrangement. The flat is in a great Stoke Newington location, close to Church Street and Clissold Park, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, independent shops and green space nearby, while still offering easy access to central London and several major universities.
