I am a psychiatrist nearing retirement and I’ll be living out of town with my eldest daughter to help care for her son while she continues graduate school. My condo is an excellent option for a visiting professor with or without a partner and up to one child. Very convenient to Harvard University by bus or bicycle. Slightly farther to MIT, Tufts & Bentley. Option to use my car for $150/ month (you pay for gas & insurance). Safe, quiet, diverse neighborhood with many Middle Eastern restaurants & shops. Amazing yoga studio one block away. Many excellent restaurants and independent grocers within 1-6 blocks. Large grocery store 0.5 mile away on public bus route. Small pet negotiable (1-2). Surprise sun room great as an office or private space for reading, writing, etc.
