Large recently renovated double room for short-term let in Crystal Palace

Recently renovated large double room available for rent in newly renovated house. Room has new hardwood floors, large closet space, and a big window with lots of natural light. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from the iconic Crystal Palace park, train station, and triangle. The neighbourhood: The house is located about a four-minute walk to Crystal Palace train station with direct trains into London Victoria and London Bridge and the Overground into East London. Crystal Palace park, with its iconic dinosaurs and lakes, is also minutes away. Crystal Palace is known for its antique shops, second-hand shops, independent coffee shops and bakeries. There are multiple independent coffee shops, wine bars, and yoga studios within a five-minute walk. There is also a Tesco Express (open late til 11 pm daily) at the end of the street (3-minute walk). The house is a 3-bed, 1.5 bath mid-terrace with front and back gardens. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Dishwasher, air fryer, and separate washer and dryer are on site. You would be sharing the house with me, the homeowner, and two indoor/outdoor cats. I am a late-thirties queer female, full-time academic. I am quiet, tidy and considerate and am looking for the same. I enjoy cycling, yoga, hiking, kayaking, and playing with my two cats. Room is available from 6 November until beginning of January, and again from mid-January onward. (Room is not available roughly 5-15 Jan.) Minimum one week stay (£265/week) maximum stay 3 months. Monday - Friday lets considered.
