Home and Household: You will share a welcoming, progressive home with the owner, a German professional who works full-time from a home office. I value open-mindedness, respectful communication, cleanliness, and consideration for each other's space and schedules. This is intended to be a warm, respectful home rather than simply a transactional living arrangement. Everyone is welcome to enjoy their own space, while occasional shared meals or casual dinners are welcome if we both feel like it. Work-From-Home and Quiet Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM remain meaningfully quiet. Loud activities and high-bandwidth use, including online gaming or loud streaming, can’t be accommodated during work hours. Daily Living and Respecting the Space: • Shoe-free home. • Please clean up and wash dishes immediately after cooking/eating. • Please conserve water and electricity and avoid unnecessary consumption. • Happy to occasionally carpool for grocery shopping when schedules align. • No pets, smoking, or drugs. Guests and Entertainment: Overnight guests more than 3 days require advance approval. Parties or social gatherings must be discussed in advanced. Lease Conditions: Fixed-term lease: minimum 3 months max 9 months until June 2027, possibly longer. • Rent: $1,350/month; first and last month's rent required on or before move-in date • Utilities, high-speed internet, streaming TV, washer & dryer included • $950 fully refundable security deposit • References may be required; guarantor may be accepted in lieu of references.
