We're looking to rent out our family's home in beautiful Riverdale, Toronto while we are out of the country on sabbatical. This is a three story 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home on a leafy street and sought-after neighbourhood. The location can't be beat: a five minute walk to Riverdale Park, the 504 and 505 streetcar lines, and a lovely coffee shop; less than ten minutes to grocery stores and restaurants in Chinatown East, the 506 streetcar, and a library brach; reach the line 2 subway in 10 minutes via the streetcar. This is ideal for a family with young children as we have everything small kids need - crib, change table, high chair, toys galore - however, if not needed we are happy to move these out of the way.
