Corso Itália neighborhood has walkability score of 9/10. One minute to LRT. 20-30 minutes to major universities, colleges, teaching hospitals and downtown. Fifteen minutes to subway making it easy to get anywhere in Toronto. A car is not necessary. Biking is also an option for easy access around the city. Walking distance to several public and private schools, community centre, large park and the library. Length of rentals terms are flexible. The basement is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. There are no shared spaces between the two units.
