About the Host: Retired homeowner living in Colwood/Victoria, British Columbia. I was self-employed for over 30 years and in my 20s pursued a nursing career in maternity and newborn babies. I lived for over 20 years in Germany and in Norway. I speak both languages but am Canadian living on beautiful Vancouver Island. The Space: I am proud to open my private garden-level morning sunrise suite exclusively to traveling professionals. I live on the upper level and look forward to providing a pristine, reliable experience. My Executive private suite is tailored specifically for quiet professionals. It features bright, large and sunlit rooms, a dedicated work desks, Walk-in shower In-suite laundry and private entrance. The walk-out patio as well as every room has an unobstructed 180° view of the ocean, Victoria, and the Olympic Mountains. Amenities & Hospitality Services: The suite includes: On property parking for 1 car, In-suite washer and dryer, an indoor kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, microwave, coffee bar, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker and exclusive year-round use of an outdoor, covered BBQ and side plate located on your patio. Your stay can include complimentary scheduled cleaning of the suite, a fresh change of linens and towels, patio/BBQ maintenance, and a regular restock of coffee, tea, and basic snacks. - If desired - but is not mandatory. Booking Terms & Privacy: We guarantee absolute privacy - your assigned quarters are entirely your own. To protect your travel schedule, we offer guaranteed fixed move-in and move-out dates for fixed blocks of 90+ days under a standard temporary agreement. If this pristine, quiet, and absolutely private environment is the right fit for your upcoming stay, please let me know, we would be happy to accommodate you!
