Description

I am an art history college instructor. I have also spent most of the 20 past summers guiding cultural trips on bikes in Italy and France. I really like to act as a host, and help visitors get the most of their time around my city. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a 1966 building designed by Mies van der Rohe. It is 520 square feet, is located on the north west corner, boasts spectacular views of the Island park, and the majestic St Lawrence river. Right at the foot of the building is West Vancouver park, and access to a path that goes all around the island, which makes for a great morning walk. Shops and groceries can be reached in a 5 minute bike ride, 15 min. walk, or a quick 2 min. drive. Downtown can be reached by bus, right from the base of the building in 20 minutes, or by express train (REM) in 5 minutes.
