Offered is a private, furnished bedroom with en suite bathroom, in its own section of the house, plus sometimes shared (but mostly always private): entrance, kitchen, and outdoor space. (*Bedroom will be more of a blank slate than shown in photo.) Perfect for a traveling doctor or nurse, or LANL visiting employee! This has been a family home, my kids and I have relocated elsewhere for the school year. Except for the available rental section, the house will mostly be uninhabited for the available period. I will be in town and stay in my own area approximately a few days per month.
