We are renting out our historic home in the gorgeous Atwood neighborhood. The house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including: --a fully equipped kitchen, including a new dishwasher, and separate dining room --two comfy living spaces on the first floor, one with large TV --four bedrooms (three on first floor, including two kids' rooms, and a large master on the second floor) --two full bathrooms with shower/bath combos (one on each floor) --an office and small sitting room on the second floor --a back patio, as well as a yard with soccer goal, basketball net, and grill --an updated washer and dryer in the basement The house has a radiant heating system and air conditioning units throughout. Wifi and utilities are included in the price. We'd be happy to share photos of the second kid's bedroom and the outside space, as well as to answer any questions.  The Atwood neighborhood is both tranquil and vibrant. You can walk to Lake Monona and various parks, including Olbrich Botanical Gardens, in a matter of minutes. There are also independent bookstores, bars, cafes, restaurants, and a small grocery store within walking distance. Getting downtown or to campus is simple--if you don't want to drive, you can either hop on the bus or use the bike paths!
