Summer sublet walking distance to Cornell & downtown Ithaca

Come stay in my spacious, light-filled renovated barn this summer! This is a three-story, two bedroom, two full bathroom duplex with double-story ceilings, an open kitchen/living room, laundry room, off-kitchen shaded balcony, reserved parking spot, and play loft/workout area. One of the bedrooms is a dedicated guest room (queen bed) and perfect for a single person or couple. My bedroom is also available for a second guest (king bed). Both bedrooms have desks. Window AC units available for especially hot days. I have a two year old so there are some toddler-appropriate things in the home available for use if you have a small child. The location is offset from the road and very quiet but just a 10 minute walk to Ithaca Commons, one block from the South Hill Recreation trail, and ~30 minute walk to Cornell campus. Several nearby bus routes also go to Cornell. It's such a wonderful place in the summer-- you feel like you're living in a treehouse!
