The 2 bedrooms are quiet and spacious enough for 1–2 couples, or a small family. The two full bathrooms next to each bedroom also would make it ideal for roommates. It's a great area for walking access to Fishtown, as well as easy commuting on the regional rail lines or other subway/bus lines in the city.
