We are looking to rent our wonderful Upper West Side home for the summer months of July and August. The apartment is a three bedroom with three full baths in a full service, doorman building with a beautiful roofdeck. The main bedroom suite features a king size bed. Two additional bedrooms are excellent for families with kids. Chef's kitchen and gracious foyer. Ideal location, four blocks from the 1/2/3 express at 96th Street and easy walking distance to Central Park and Riverside Park. Central AC. Minimum one month rental, though we have a strong preference for a renter interested in a full two-month lease. All utilities, wifi, TV, and weekly cleaning included in the rent.
