This is a magnificent, light-filled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, with a front patio for outdoors seating/dining. Gorgeous architecture nestled in a quiet neighborhood, while also walking distance to anything you need!! We are renting out our spacious, fully furnished home. It has a unique 3-story split-level structure with an open middle between the first and second floors, which is absolutely stunning and hard to capture in photos. When entering the house, there is a foyer and coat closet, leading to a first-level dining area. A half-level-up, there’s a kitchen that overlooks the dining area (great for entertaining). On the second floor, there is the living room area and a half-bath, and a study nook. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms (main bedroom w/Queen bed; second bedroom with Full-sized bed), and a full bath with a shower and double sink. Washer and dryer are available in the basement. House is located in the delightful, tree-lined Queen Village at the edge of South Philly and Old City, ranked "Walker's Paradise," with a walk score of 98! (Daily errands do not require a car.)
