This guesthouse is a perfect retreat for anyone spending the summer months working on the UT-Austin campus. We are both graduates of UT and can share our insights about getting to and from campus and navigating the campus as a whole. Our guesthouse is typically booked fall through the spring with short-term rental guests. Please feel free to check out our listing and amazing reviews on AirBnB. As short-term rentals aren't as common in the heat of the summer and we travel more during June and July, we offer the space for longer-term stays over the summer. Our ideal guests have been individuals spending the summer months looking to relocate to Austin and/or waiting for their new home to be ready. We've also hosted many couples who have been very comfortable staying several months at a time in our efficient little apartment. The apartment is an open floorpan with the bedroom, kitchen and living area all shared in one large space. The private bathroom and closets are on either side of the bed. Guests remark about how quiet and spacious the apartment feels. It's very popular among both long-term and short-term visitors. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, small appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware.
