Single occupancy preferred. The unit has 1 bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a living room area and kitchen with cabinets, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and large storage cupboard. I live upstairs with my medium sized friendly rescue dog. I enjoy nature, the outdoors, camping, and hiking. I'm a retired global health research scientist (UW graduate Epidemiology), and have lived in my home for 35 years . I've always had wonderful tenants, including visiting faculty, academics on sabbatical, medical students, nursing students, grad students, post docs, fellows, residents, PAs, and professionals outside academia. I look forward to finding a new tenant, preferably long term.
