Our beautiful home is located in a quiet and scenic cul de sac. There is a large ravine straight across the street and from the sunroom you look out into the garden, which has large trees at the back of the property. It feels a bit like country living in the middle of the city. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and its own balcony overlooking the garden. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub/shower. There is also a separate guest WC with washbasin upstairs. There is a basement apartment that is rented out and has a separate entrance. We welcome responsible guests seeking a comfortable and quiet setting for a medium-term stay. The home is well suited to visiting academics, professionals, or families on sabbatical or temporary assignment. We are open to a range of tenants and value clear communication and mutual respect to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
