Description

This Seattle retreat is ideally located in Madison Valley, with easy access to both the University of Washington and Seattle University (~2 miles to each). It is a single level 2 bedroom 1.75 bathroom house on a 5,000 square foot lot with a large fully fenced backyard. It has wood and tile floors throughout, an alarm, and a large covered patio off the dining room. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with custom lighting and high end fixtures. Furnishings include a sectional couch, a dining room table with 6 chairs, three bar stools, an end table, and a patio table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, a large dresser, a small closet, a portable AC unit, and an en suite. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, an office desk and chair, a bookshelf, a window AC unit and a closet. For entertainment, there is a Steinway Piano, a full bookshelf, TV's in the living room and master bedroom, two Sonos speakers, and a Sonos soundbar. High speed internet (quantum fiber) is provided, along with wireless.
