Description
I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely rental house while I'm away on a fellowship from September 2026-June 2027. My partner and I are renters, but we love this house so much we'd love to sublet to someone so we can return! It is currently set up as a 1 bedroom with 2 offices, since we both work from home, but one of the offices would also work as a bedroom. The house has wood floors, 1.5 bathrooms, great light, plenty of closet space, a washer/dryer, and a fenced backyard. The neighborhood is one of the most charming in Austin -- it's very quiet but also easily walkable to many things, including Ramsey Park (a great little neighborhood park with tennis courts, a pool, a playground...). This would be a great place for a person/couple/family looking to spend an academic year in Austin.
