This renovated 2-bedroom apartment strikes a great balance between character and practicality. There is a built in dishwasher and microwave, and easy laundry in the building. One of the best parts is the setting. The building is on a quiet, tree-lined street with a more relaxed, residential feel, but you’re still very close to UBC. It’s an easy walk, or bike to campus, which makes it especially convenient for students, faculty, or anyone working nearby, but it's a great neighbourhood even if you're not associated with the university. You’re also close to some of Vancouver’s best outdoor spots—beaches, forest trails, and green space are all within easy reach. It’s a great area if you like being outside, whether that’s for a quick walk in Pacific Spirit park, having a picnic at sunset at Spanish Banks beach or just getting some fresh air between classes or work. You'll also be able to take advantage of some of the many world class amenities on the UBC campus - aquatic centre, theatre, museums, just to name a few. Transit is simple and reliable, with good connections to the rest of the city, and there are plenty of everyday amenities nearby—grocery stores (closest is Urban Fare -upscale groceries, a 5 minute walk away) , cafés, and basic services—so you don’t have to go far for what you need. It's very walkable and bikeable, but there are also loads of car share options and parking. The unit is unfurnished at present but we are happy to fully or partly furnish it and will be happy to discuss details with you. The unit is currently available for 4 months, May 1-August 31 2026 however we are open to discussing shorter rentals. Utilities and high-speed internet included.
