Hi everyone, I'm looking to sublet my 2B/1B apartment in August. It is in West Philly/University City close to UPenn and Drexel, bus and trolley lines. It comes fully furnished with in-unit laundry, central AC and heating, a very basic gym, Amazon Locker and a pretty rooftop deck. $1700 per month + utilities + fully refunded deposit + cleaning fee. Ideal for students doing an internship or scholars here for summer! Edit: Taken in June and July - only available in August.
