Peaceful family home in Leschi

We love our peaceful home in the middle of Seattle's forests. We hope you will too! This charming house has historic character with lots modern updates including a new kitchen, updated heat pump, new insulation and electrical work. The living areas face south, making the most of the sunlight with large windows. The modern kitchen features high quality appliances and spacious counterspace and storage. The back patio is a lovely space to host or enjoy the backyard. We have multiple garden beds for gardening and we've planted dahlias for our guests to enjoy when they bloom in September. We have the house set up with furniture for a family of 4 and use two of the bedrooms for offices. however, the setup is flexible and allows for a variety of uses. Leschi is a wonderful neighborhood, we often walk through the woods down to the lake or the market at the base of the hill. We're close to Leschi elementary and the Douglas-Truth Library. We're also a short walk away from multiple bus lines connecting the house to the rest of the city.
