I am a 3rd year phd student at Brown who will be traveling for the summer. This is a rare two bedroom two bathroom apartment, and you will be renting one of the rooms with your own private bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a very nice mattress, a walk-in closet, a standing desk, and a ergonomic chair, etc. Kitchen/LR/dining area are shared. Rent includes water and sewage. Utilities bills are shared and split among roommates. This is a rare renovated apartment in a very nice house and prime neighborhood. This is a great place for a medical student, graduate student, young professionals and a quiet cozy atmosphere for everyone.
