Our charming house is conveniently located in the central part of Toronto. Two minuets walk to the vibrant Bloor street & Lansdowne subway station. You can find bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Dufferin Mall is nearby as well. The house has two levels: living room and eat in kitchen on the main floor. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Second floor: two bedrooms an office and bathroom. There is a private backyard and a barbeque. A pleasant place to spend the evening with a glass of wine and a book. It is a safe neighborhood where you can stroll down to Bloor and explore. Please note: there is no washer and dryer in the house, however there is laundromat literary 2 minutes walk on Bloor street.
