Central heating with cast iron radiators, 24/7 hot water, renovated bathroom, a spacious kitchen that opens up to the patio and a small backyard. Apartment is completely furnished with one bedroom, one large living room with a office space, a dining space in the kitchen, alongside dishes, cooking utensils, bed linens, and towels—just unpack your bags and start enjoying this lovely sanctuary. The outdoor patio is great for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, and chatting with the neighbours. Laundry is within the building —two pairs of well-maintained washing machine and dryers operated with coins.
