We're looking for responsible folks to lease our home for anywhere from 2-4 months while we are on sabbatical. We love our house and the neighborhood! We're right near one of Baltimore's best parks, Patterson Park, and walkable to lively neighborhoods Highlandtown, Canton & Fells Point with lots of dining, shopping options. The home itself is 2 stories plus a furnished basement: *First floor: wood floors. living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath *Basement: Finished basement (carpet) with a queen-sized bed, desk area, TV, and couch. Laundry and storage. *Second/top floor: wood floors. 1) Primary bedroom with king-sized bed and desk area; 2) Toddler room with crib and twin-sized bed that has option to pull out to double-size 3) Large bathroom with tub There's a small back patio that's furnished as well
