I’ve put a lot of time, love and effort into renovating this flat and it really shows. Everything is brand new I’ve only been living here a few months myself and I’ve carefully chosen every single piece of furniture, every appliance, every little detail. It matters to me, so I’m looking for someone who’s going to genuinely appreciate that and treat it with the same care I do. The kitchen is something I’m really proud of. It’s open plan and modern with a beautiful marble effect island, American style, and all the appliances are brand new/high tech and barely touched. It’s a proper cook’s kitchen and a lovely space to spend time in. The living area has a comfortable sofa with cream cushions, a flatscreen TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, and warm oak floors throughout. I’ve also got lots of plants dotted around the flat that I really love, so ideally I’d want someone who’s going to look after them and keep the place clean and fresh. One of my favourite things about the flat is how calm and light it feels. It’s on the ground floor and overlooks the building communal garden, which is just lovely. The whole block is really quiet and you genuinely can’t hear the neighbours, which feels like such a luxury in London. There’s one bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom, all finished to a really high standard. Location wise it’s brilliant. You’re right between Manor House, Finsbury Park and Harringay with loads of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Finsbury Park is literally outside the door which is amazing if you like exercising, walking, running or just getting outside. Manor House tube is a seven minute walking distance and it’s on the Piccadilly line which takes you in 10 minutes to central London or to Holborn and UCL and other universities. Really ideal for students or professors or anyone working in central London. I just want someone who loves the flat as much as I do, looks after it, and really enjoys living there.
