Both the seaside and Montjuïc hill park are just a short walk away, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. The area is well connected, with two metro stations and several bus lines within a 5-minute walk, providing easy access to major universities and business schools in under 20 minutes. Many of Barcelona’s key cultural and historical sites are also within walking distance. The neighborhood itself is rich in character, with a wide selection of restaurants, tapas bars, theaters, and cultural venues nearby—perfect for enjoying the city beyond typical tourist paths. The apartment (90 m²), located on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair, is designed for comfort and functionality during longer stays.
