We will be traveling May 6-August 31, 2026 and subletting our beautiful, bright, and spacious (1350 sq ft) two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Hamilton Heights. It is currently being renovated, so not many photos were possible, but you’ll get it in pristine condition. The apartment occupies the entire top (5th) floor, and we have exclusive use of the roof garden where you can dine and BBQ to marvelous sunsets. The apartment is L-shaped with a bedroom and bathroom at each end, while kitchen and spacious living-dining area are in the center. Each bedroom has queen-size bed, large windows, chests, closets, and desks There is central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and well-stocked kitchen. If you know the song on the A Train to Sugar Hill: this is it: the express A takes 12 minutes to Columbus Circle; there are also the C and 1 trains, as well as plenty of busses. Otherwise a short walk can take you to Columbia University, Barnard College, Manhattan School of Music, the City College, NY-Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Medical School. It’s a historic neighborhood with a community garden under the house, and the beautiful Jackie Robinson park, with its public swimming pool nearby.
