Description
We are a nurse educator and community lawyer. We lovingly restored an 18th century house perched above a bay with acres of woods behind us. We are on a teaching assignment in southern New England currently. The property comes with both a great deal of privacy and easy access to Topsham and Brunswick, not to mention a short drive to Portland. Ideal for family or couple. The kitchen is excellent. We cook and bake a lot. Huge center island where we gather. A wood-burning stove. AC if needed in three rooms. Otherwise, the bay breeze cools you in the summer and we are warm and cozy in the winter. Very lovable, highly functional space. Great for getting your work done, then relax and recreate. Wi-Fi is very good. Our neighbors are terrific.
