Beautiful, spacious house in Atwood on Madison's East Side

We are looking for a family, or group of roommates, to rent out our spacious 4 bedroom house in the loveliest neighborhood in Madison! Our house is quiet and peaceful, and yet within a few blocks, we can walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a number of unique retail shops, including a great book store. We are also a few blocks from the waterfront of Lake Monona, and are walking distance to the Olbrich Botanical Gardens. We have a driveway for parking, and are also right near the bike path and public transportation. Our house is kid-friendly, and can either leave children's furniture, toys, bikes, etc, out, or pack them away. In the top floor of our house, our current set up is one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, one for each child, a guest bedroom (that currently doubles as an office) and a second office space. Renters are welcome to rearrange and use the rooms, as bedrooms, offices, sitting rooms, etc, as they see fit. We have a bathroom on each floor, a front entry with a piano, a dining room and hangout room, fully updated kitchen (with new stove and refrigerator from the last year), and a living room with a fireplace and tv. We also have a semi-finished basement, with washer and dryer, mats for exercise, a foosball table and little trampoline for kids. There is a backyard with a deck, table and chairs and a grill. We are happy to provide additional pictures of the second bathroom, additional rooms and backyard upon request.
