Our 3-bedroom/3-bathroom, 2-story home comes fully furnished with a dedicated office, including desk and printer/copy machine. It also includes a large flat-screen TV, spacious sunny patio, two-car garage, solar panels, and access to the community pools and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet with large trees offering shade and greenery. The house abuts a small wash and from there you can access miles of bicycle and pedestrian paths along Tanque Verde Creek. Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is a short drive or even a bike ride away. In addition to the easy access to open space and outdoor recreation, the house sits within a mile of the closest shopping center--with a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. Central heating and cooling, along with ceiling fans keep the house comfortably warm or cool. Solar panels can cover all your electricity needs during the day. The grid provides the rest at night. Large capacity washer/dryer makes it easy to do laundry for the family. While the house is comfortable and in a great location, some of the features are antiquated. The kitchen appliances are old, but functional, including an electric oven/stovetop, and very basic cookware. The bathrooms have never been updated. They are clean but far from modern. There's well-worn carpet in the bedrooms and office that we will have steam cleaned before anyone moves in. The bedding needs to be upgraded. We can help source and buy new bedding. Also, the king bed in the primary bedroom has a split mattress. We imagine this may not be ideal for many couples. We'll help source and buy a new mattress if it's an issue.
