I didn't realize that until I moved in several months ago - and now I feel like I've uncovered the city's best kept secret. My home, including your unit, is just a walk away from everything, including BMO field where FIFA will take place in June. The area is truly an urbanite's paradise, but with incredible access to parks, nature trails and the water. You can certainly have a car and live here - there is easy, cheap street parking and three gas stations less than a street away. But you definitely do not need one.
