Comments: We have some brand new carpeting, some antique rugs, and some new furniture so a security deposit , especially if there is a pet, will be necessary of 1 month. Longer stay is possible depending on timing.

Comments: Air conditioning is in Living Room, Dining Room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a fan only. Our house is from 1835, so it is fragile and not as perfect as a new house. But it is safe and secure and has a lot of charm!

Comments: We are happy to rent for one month at a time if that is more convenient. Rent is somewhat negotiable too.
